Our product is a digital service, and hence, no physical item is shipped or delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Double payment or accidental overcharge.

Technical issues where the service was not delivered.

Refund request submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable

No refunds will be given if the digital card is already generated and delivered successfully.

4. How to Request a Refund

Reason for refund

If refund is accepted, refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
